In my 25 years of corporate business career I have been an active and a core team member leading groups varying from Marketing, Sales, HR and other Departments.

I have played various roles in my roller coaster career ride of more than 2 and half decades. I had my own advertising agency handling key national & MNC accounts for a decade. I have been instrumental to form and create a strategic space for Marketing & Communication with a leading manufacturing company and been among the core team to lead it from a 60 Cr to 175 Cr company. I have also held a position of VP Sales & Marketing, for a leading confectioner & baker brand.

Apart from being a sales, marketing & communication consultant, I have also been an integral team member to design company’s vision, mission & goals as a part of corporate philosophy. I have been instrumental in designing various employee engagements & training programs for soft skills, inter personal skills, mindset management, sales skills, communication skills and various other corporate training events & modules creating extra ordinary skill sets in the professionals.

These and many other roles have shaped me in gaining 360 degree management of various leadership challenges & responsibilities. I believe this experience gives authenticity & practical implementation advantage to my training & coaching programs.

Add to this, my learnings in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from renowned International Business Coaches and International NLP Trainers- Sue Knight and Sandip Shirsat has given me different perspectives of being an accomplished Leader. I attribute my knowledge and learnings to them.
